Quality Systems Manager - County Cavan. Working as part of the Quality team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Quality Management System and to support manufacturing and analytical projects by the review and approval of quality-related documents. Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of ISO 9001: 2015 quality system. 2. Ensure quality records are accurate & easily accessible. 3. Responsible for internal & external calibration of all measuring equipment and maintaining calibration records. 4. Carry out internal audits to ISO 9001:2015 standard and report findings to management. 5. Assist in all external audits. 6. Liaise with staff & management to continually improve the quality system. 7. Visits to customers to observe and record any problematic material and report back to management. 8. Responsible for upkeep of IPPC Licence and assisting in all audits involving the EPA and holding appropriate records on site. 9. Testing new raw materials in conjunction with Production Manager and implement cost savings were possible. 10. Any other duties as deemed relevant by management.
