Payroll Clerk. Our client has an excellent opportunity to join their well-established Manufacturing business. They are looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk on a full-time basis. This is a Permanent role. The position will be based in Cavan. Purpose of Role. To process weekly payroll for Cavan site and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time. Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests. To provide administrative support to the HR department. Responsibilities: Carry out a weekly audit on core time sheets to ensure correct payment of wages. Process weekly paid employees to a high standard of accuracy. Maintain accurate records and facilitate employee queries. Provide weekly reports to Finance Manager and HRM on earnings, taxes, and deductions. Ensure manning changes are made on pay and time systems. Maintain Revenue reports, communications and data as required for compliance. Interact and liaise with internal and external teams and bodies. Requirements: Payroll IPASS certificate or Equivalent. 3-5 years experience in similar role. Ability to prioritise. Work to deadlines. Process high volume for weekly Payroll. Work with high accuracy and deal with Team leaders on movement of employees on the floor. Attention in detail, numerical accuracy, communication and administration. How to Apply.
