Role: Account Manager (IT Services. Location: Co. Cavan. Salary: up to €40K (DOE) OTE (Uncapped) benefits. Responsibilities: Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with company existing clients. Achieve sales, profitability and other targets. Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth. Analyze customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements. Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities. Keep track of sales performance metrics. Requirements: Proven account management experience. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent time and project management skills. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent level of English.
