Commercial Manager. Cavan. DOE. A specialist manufacturer based in Cavan is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager for a Cavan based role. The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction sector and a quantity surveying background. Ideally experience from the Irish market. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits; Quantity Surveying background. 10 years experience plus. Residential experience a definite plus. Has worked within the Irish or European markets ideally. Has up to date knowledge of the construction standards and costs in Ireland. Expert knowledge of Irish Main Contractors and current key players. Happy to be based in Cavan and travel as required to site if necessary. IT Savvy. Happy to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors.
