Quality Engineer. Sector: Manufacturing. Location: Cavan. We are working with a leading steady manufacturing facility in Cavan to source a quality and environmental engineer. You will report to the quality manager on a daily basis reviewing quality and environmental issues. You will implement improvements relating to customer complaints, suppliers & environmental issues at the site. Key Deliverables. IPPC compliance. Customer complaint investigation. Internal failure rate analysis and improvement. Supplier NCRs. 3rd Party Audits. Is this to the role for you? Do you have the following? Diploma/Degree in Engineering; Environmental Science/ Quality Management. 2-3 years industrial experience in similar role. Environmental experience essential. Knowledge of ISO9001 & 14001 systems. Knowledge of IPPC licensing advantageous. A drive for improvement. A collaborative approach and ability to work in and often lead teams. An investigative and analytical approach. A clear communicator written and oral. Report Writing. Six Sigma/ Lean training and advantage.
