Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist in Co Cavan. This HR role is a very diverse and generalist position managing the day to day operations on site. In this role, you will be key to optimise all Human Resources activity, to achieve the best quality and performance standards within the Organisation. Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available upon request): Performance Mgt. Ensure all staff receive annual appraisals in accordance with company policy. Manage ST and LT illness in accordance with company policy and procedures. Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way. Recruitment and Selection. Manage the recruitment process in its entirety. Guidance/Support. Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues. Compensations and Benefits Management. Employee Engagement Activities. What does the ideal candidate look like: 4 years + proven experience within a busy manufacturing HR environment. Hold a professional qualification in Human resources . Member of CIPD or equivalent. Must be proficient in HR Systems. Demonstrable IR experience. Demonstrable payroll experience. Good working knowledge of employment law. Ability to influence.
