Cavan seeking a new GM that will drive the business forward, increase revenue, inject new ideas, devise concepts and is the face to the place! The Role – Bar & Nightclub Manager. You will oversee all operational Management duties of the Bar & Nightclub. Ensuring the highest standards of drinks and food service from your service staff. To deliver the very best in stylish service while driving sales. Your role will be to uphold all company standards, delivering the best service while creating an exciting exclusive atmosphere. You will work alongside your GM maintaining the companies leading position and securing your own units pole position. This is a hands on role while managing a large team in Bar/ Restaurant & Nightclub. Push the business forward, increase revenue create new ideas. The Person – Bar & Nightclub Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated Bar & Nightclub Manager with management experience gained from with a high volume high quality bar environment. You will be required to have at least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role. You will not be scared of hard graft and long hours. Wine, Funky Cocktail and Spirits knowledge that is all the trend. We are only interested in candidates who have run busy bars/clubs quality drinks driven units. You will have experience of managing and motivating large team delivery constantly high standards. Employment Law knowledge is a pre requisite for this role due to a busy operation. Experience in Security, Accidents & Preventions, Crowd Handling, Health & Safety, Fire Training.
