Line Performance Manager. Location: Cavan. Sector: Manufacturing. We are looking to speak with options that can drive all aspects of line performance in this busy production site. You will have an engineering related degree and have a proven track record with performance improvement in a lean manufacturing environment. This role reports to the area plant manager and has no direct reports. Key Deliverable: Achieve and exceed performance target metrics. Key Responsibilities: Cost deployment - identify production losses through collection, stratification and analysis of data, identified and implementation of focused projects on improvements. Plant Operating Standards - ensuring high standards of product quality are met and ensuring plant KPI's are met. Diagnosing of all line stops through EWO process and ensuring vigorous corrective and preventative measures are put in place. Work closely with mechanical, electrical , automation and process controls teams. Drive CI improvements - improvement projects, energy reduction, development of SOP's, utilise WCM tools and contribute to overall site improvements plans. This role is suited to a production, manufacturing or reliability engineer that has utilised statistical information to improve overall line performance.
