FRS is delighted to be working with a leading mental health service in the Irish midlands to recruit exceptionally motivated individuals for the position of Senior House Officer in General Adult Psychiatry. This role is perfect for any rising medical professional that is keen to develop their skills , new and existing, and advance their medical career in a challenging, exciting environment. The SHO will be responsible for providing frontline care for a wide variety of patients in the Psychiatric Department . They will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, as well as ensuring that duties are undertaken in a way that puts the safety and well-being of patients above all else. The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Psychiatric Department , Consultant In-charge , or Registrar . This role has a requirement for on-call duties. Essential Requirements : IMC registration or in the process of registering with IMC. Relevant qualifications. 6 Months experience in Psychiatry. A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. Irish or UK experience desirable. Excellent English skills (IELTS or OET required.
