Accountant – Cavan – Permanent – Manufacturing. A manufacturing company located in Cavan are looking to hire an Accountant for their team. This is  a newly created position which has come about due to restructuring. Although based in Cavan, this role will be a mix of office and working from home. For more details please see below. What you will be doing: Preparation of monthly journals, weekly reports and account reconciliations. Monitor financial data and identify trends, communicating back to management. Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Creating cost deployment models and reporting to support operational initiatives. Maintenance on Fixed Asset Register. Forecasting and Ad-hoc Variance Analysis. Requirements: Qualified accountant. Ability to interact to a high level with senior management. Experience in a manufacturing company highly desirable.
